I’d have to say, the Razor is one of the best spotting scopes out right now. One thing that you should know is the Eye Relief goes from 0.67 to 0.66 inches. The scoping scope also has a built-in anti-glare shade.
If you’re going to use the magnification settings you’re going to have refocused the lens. It’s a must. The extra-low dispersion glass offers an amazing resolution, in my opinion, and others. The scoping scope may be pricey but it’s worth it. The lens has XR Plus anti-reflective coatings applied to them. This gives the lens the ability for maximum brightness for low-lighting glassing.
Plus, you can twist the scope up and down. This is to observe the full field of view if you wear eyewear (eyeglasses, sunglasses and etc). For a fuller view, you can extend the eyecup. And yes, this is for users that don’t require glasses.

SVBONY SV17 Spotting Scope
SV17 Straight Scope is great for targeting horizontal targets. If you’re on higher ground and targeting a downward target, it’s great too. In my opinion, straight body scopes, hands down, are the best for viewing from higher positions. It’s great if you’re a hunter but if you like sightseeing as well, it’s great. I’ve taken this spotting scope up with me during a few hikes.
It’s completely lightweight and extremely portable. If you like to travel lightly, this scoping scope may be a great option for you. Personally, weight is not much of an issue for me. But, as I said, if you like to travel light, this scope would be a great option.
One of the most important aspects of this scope is fog-proof protection. Plus, like the other spotting scopes, it’s waterproof as well. You’ll be happy to know, this spotting scope will hold up under any bad weather conditions.
FEEMIC Spotting Scope
The spotting scope is great for short and long-range. This is my 4th choice for a hunting scope. I’d say this scope, in general, is for a beginner or a hobbyist at most. This spotting scope is good for target shooting, bird watching, and hunting. You can also use it for hiking, and other outdoor activities.
I’m happy Feemic included the high-quality Porro BAK4 prism on this spotting scope. It adds a nice bright HD view from your scope. And, as I mentioned before, not only is it great for hunting but sightseeing as well. Furthermore, you can magnify from 20-60x for far targets.
The FEEMIC Spotting Scope also has an Eyeglass extender for people who wear glasses. Even though I don’t wear glasses, it’s a great addition to have. Also, you’ll capture targets faster due to the novel dual focus wheel design.

The spotting scope has superb clarity. Thanks to the special anti-glare glass within the scope. I’d say expect nothing less than high-definition images. The color fidelity and resolution are top-notch.

The XRPlus fully multi-coated lens ensures maximum brightness. Good for if you’re hunting early in the morning.

When it comes to choosing the best size spotting scope for hunting, you can’t go wrong with the Visionking Spotting Scope. Whether you use the tripod it comes with or not, it gets the job done, and gets it done well. I really should have included in my list the best spotting scopes for under $500.

With a magnification of 30x-90x, eye relief is crucial when aligning your shot. Luckily, the eye relief on this scope is up to snuff at 19.1-18mm. The large eye lens helps, too.
You can always use it with an iPhone and get an even wider range. You’d just need to buy the adaptor though.
Cons
Another scope with no immediate disadvantages, the cons again come down to specific complaints from the patronage. The two main problems discussed were the magnification and the clarity, both of which have been claimed to be less than advertised on occasion.
Verdict
Weather-proof and well-rounded, the Visionking Spotting Scope’s usefulness is difficult to deny. It’s as good a spotting scope as any but not my top pick.

At 70mm, the objective lens boasts a great field of view (64-43 feet/1000 yards, to be exact) and excellent resolution. It traps light well, too, meaning it can be used in darker scenarios.
The eye relief on this scope clocks in at 14-16mm. That’s just the right length where you won’t tire yourself out while looking down the reticle for long periods.
The straight scope is, of course, fine for horizontal viewing, but it’s also great for looking down on a target. Perfect for hunting from a tree stand.
The eyepiece diameter is 15mm with a large 70mm diameter objective lens. This is great for low-light conditions at nighttime.
All in all, this scoping scope makes it really easy to zoom in on the target. I love the fact this spotting scope has a powerful 25-75x zoom.
Cons
Once again, no glaring issues with this scope. Strangely enough, aside from the standard grievances of not being able to focus as well as advertised, it’s been said that the instruction manual is unnecessarily confusing. So be wary if you’re having trouble setting up.
Verdict
Hunter or not, the SVBONY SV17 Straight Spotting Scope certainly has its uses. It’s a substantial tool in a number of conditions, adaptable and adept at what it does.

This doesn’t necessarily have to do with the scope itself, but FEEMIC’s customer service is exceptional. They answer questions quickly and are ultra polite.
The eyepiece on this scope is bigger than most at 24mm (compared to the average 20mm). This inherently improves the quality of magnification that you’ll experience.
The Feemic has a great sunshade that protects the lens from sun glare. Not only does it protect your eyes but it prevents damage to the lens.
The device is environmentally and skin-friendly. It’s crafted with a non-slip rubber that is extremely durable. And like the rest of the recommendations here, it’s water and fog-proof.
Cons
For the final time, we proclaim: this scope doesn’t come with many problems off the bat. The major problem – which doesn’t apply to hunters, who mount their scopes, but is still worth mentioning – voiced was that the tripod broke a little too easily.
Verdict
For the price (this one’s the cheapest of the four contenders here), the FEEMIC 20-60×60 Upgrade HD Spotting Scope is a fine product. One might argue that it works better than similar scopes at slightly higher prices.
